We provide a two-year manufacturer's warranty for our products. At the time of purchasing ZIXOR products, the Buyer receives a warranty document and checks the compliance of the markings on the items with the data contained in the guarantee document, along with the compliance of the serial numbers.

Warranty conditions for ZIXOR devices

1. The guarantor of the quality of the device is Seneca Technologie w Przemyśle Energetycznym Damian Zygmunt (owner of the ZIXOR brand) Szopienicka St. 66 40-431 Katowice, NIP: 6772202362 (hereinafter referred to as ZIXOR).

2. Zixor is liable for physical (material or production) defects in the device for a period of 24 months from the date of its sale.

3. The holder of a valid guarantee document may submit claims under the guarantee to Zixor Technologie w Przemyśle Energetycznym Damian Zygmunt Szopienicka St. 66 40-431 Katowice.

4. Defects revealed during the warranty period will be removed within 21 days from the date of delivery of the device to Zixor. The warranty period is extended by the time the device was at the disposal of Zixor.

5. The faulty device should be delivered with complete standard equipment, clean, with a legible nameplate and overprints.

6. The motor and the hydraulic gear being a component of the ZIXOR device are subject to the operating rules specified in the operating manual.

7. Parts replaced under warranty are the property of Zixor. All parts mentioned in the complaint process are covered by the warranty until the end of the basic warranty period of the device. The warranty period for the replaced part is not extended.

8. The cost of travel to the faulty device or delivery of the faulty device to Zixor shall be paid by the guarantor. In the event of an unjustified claim, Zixor has the right to charge the Customer with travel costs and handling costs related to the investigation of the case.

9. The warranty document is valid if it has correctly completed entries regarding the device sold (without deletions and corrections) and the seller's stamp, and the Customer confirms the device handover protocol with his/her signature.
